Hospitality Professional/Couple for a Bustling Boutique Inn in Virginia

Located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley, this amazing Blue Ridge Mountain property operates year-round at the highest standards of excellence, from customer service to amenities. The current team offers high-end services with a deep commitment to hospitality. We are looking for an individual (or a couple) to join our energetic team in assisting the General Manager (GM) in all aspects of running this lively and growing property.

Combined experiences in hospitality and F&B experience, including managing all services (innkeeping, housekeeping, quality control, general maintenance, etc.), bookkeeping, sales/revenue management, and social media marketing experience are a plus. We would love someone with culinary experience and/or someone who enjoys meal prep. Computer experience is a must. We are excited to expand our team with an individual(s) with positive attitude who love(s) a high energy, small business environment.  The beautiful property has room for additional expansion and ownership is committed to invest in people and services. Compensation will include salary, PTO, medical, and housing.
