Aspiring or Assistant (couple or solo) to join & learn from our happy team of three experienced Innkeepers. Our Inn is located in the Historic District of Harrisonburg in the center of the Beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. It is a beautiful well-established Inn, TripAdvisor top rated, Certified Virginia Green, Diamond Collection 10 Room property with a 17 year history.

This is not a temporary position or transient position.   The opportunity is perfect for a financially secure, mature person/couple who have a passionate desire that is matched with the “right stuff” to enjoy a good life as successful, happy and professional Innkeeper(s). 

Housing provided in one of the private apartments on our Campus with a cash amount commensurate with their work ethic, skill set and competency level.   We operate as a professional Innkeeping tag team with scheduled time off and involvement in community life.
