LIVE-IN POSITION FOR A MATURE COUPLE TO MANAGE AND MAINTAIN A WELL KEPT 24 UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX IN WEST PALM BEACH. THIS IS A PERMANENT POSITION AND AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY. THIS IS A TWO PERSON JOB HOWEVER THE SPOUSE CAN HAVE AN OUTSIDE JOB.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

MATURE Couple
No Pets
No Children
1 person must be at the property "almost" at all times to show units.
Bi-lingual a plus but not neccessary

JOB DUTIES:
General maintenance and repairs of units
Maintain grounds
Move out photos and cleaning
Show Units
Surveilance of property
Hold "Open House" as needed to show property

You will be provided with a salary and
a 1 BR Apartment with Partial Utilies paid. (Water/Electric)
