Apartment Managers - San Leandro, CA

We are a Property Management company with a position available for a two person management team at a complex with about 60 units in San Leandro California. One person usually acts as a leasing agent, renting apartments and entering rent into a computer, while the other person works on general maintenance and gets apartments ready to rent. Compensation is $2200 per month, plus free rent in a two bedroom apartment ($1400 per month) and 50% off a Kaiser Medical plan, which can be declined and added to your salary.
