Apartment Manager - Sacramento. Firm & Fair on-site Directors needed for our 40 unit apartment community

We are seeking proactive site Directors to Lead by Example and foster a Positive, Safe, and Friendly Environment for all Residents of our 40 unit Apartment Community.

Site Directors would be available to show perspective tenants available units and hand out applications as necessary; answer tenant questions as needed; minor handy man repairs, patrol grounds daily, pick up trash; Interface with Tenants and Vendors, Monitor and Maintain Community Policies, and Open and close laundry room on a daily basis.
