Immediate opening for an on site manager/maintenace couple/ team for an apartment community in Blanding, Utah.

Close to Moab, Arches and Monument Vallley.

This is a 30 unit Tax Credit  Multi Family complex.

Tax Credit  Apartment management experience extremly helpful.

Must be organized, able to work well with residences and vendors. Have a good work ethic  be dedicated, responsible and motivated.

Must have own tools and have a working knowledge of plumbing, heating, electrical, painting,landscaping  and general maintenance issues.

Compensation based on experience.
