Apartment Manager, Maintenance, and Repair COUPLE for small buildings in N/E Detroit

We are looking for a nice, friendly, handy, self motivated couple that can have the ability to get things done without supervision.  They will manage a small apartment building in N/E Detroit as well as do all the maintenance, repairs, cleaning , and replacing that needs to be done.  The compensation is a free one bedroom apartment.
