Apartment Management Team - San Jose, CA

Our growing property management firm is looking for an experienced resident management team to live on-site at our beautiful community in West San Jose.

Compensation includes a salary and a free one bedroom apartment.

The team must be enthusiastic, very organized and have great phone skills.

TEAM MUST BE
- Experienced in apartment management
- Experienced in maintenance/construction with excellent fixing skills
- Honest, hardworking, and reliable
- Personable and great communicators
- Organized and detail oriented
- Experienced with computers and internet required

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Showing vacant units to prospective residents
- Qualifying prospective residents
- Completing leases and administrative paperwork
- Recording rents/monies and making timely bank deposits
- Issuing notices to residents as needed and enforcing apartment rules
- Maintaining accurate files and paperwork
- Inspecting and cleaning property DAILY
- Performing minor maintenance/janitorial work as needed
- Coordinating vendors onsite as needed
- Processing work orders, enforcing rules and performing other duties as assigned
- Yardi experience a plus

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Complete understanding of Fair Housing
- Good references
- Must pass background check, credit check
- No Pets Please

SALARY
- Free apartment
- Salary for part time on-site person (second person can have full time offsite position)
