Responsibilities:

The Apartment Management Couple will be responsible for all aspects of efficient operations to include, but not be limited to:

• Effective management of one's team
• Streamlining processes
• Providing front-line support as needed
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service
• Composing annual budgets
• Marketing
• General Maintenance
• Investigating and resolving tenant complaints
• Enforcing rules of occupancy

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of computer operating systems (i.e. Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel)
