Resident general manager(s) for a motel in the gateway town to the sawtooth mountains.  The motel is open year-round, summer season is busier than winter season.  56 rooms accessed internally with three floors.  We provide a nice size 2 bedroom residence, and pay all utilities. Housekeeping staff in place that services a great repeat business clientele.  

$2000 salary per month available with maintenance hours and bonus program.  Might consider offering an ownership stake to the right team.
