Account Maintenance Manager/Maintenance Tech - Southaven, MS

We have an opening for a Full time Account Manager to manage a small department of approximately 15 janitorial and maintenance employees. Your role would be a "Working Supervisory role".

Experience needed= Customer service, training, scheduling and leading your team. There is some administrative parts to the job so having basic computer knowledge will help you. Organization, prioritization and time management are definite skills needed for this role. Having a solid maintenance background is a plus as well.
Changing oil and maintaining small machinery, pressure washing with a trailer mounted 4000 psi pressure washer, light painting and prep, basic plumbing knowledge, roof inspections, etc.
