Beautiful location in Butte Valley.  This pivate pitcuresque setting features a custom 3 bedroom 3 bath home, large barn, fenced pastures and a private pond.

We are looking for someone to perform general maintenance around the property including the following;

1) General rutine maintenance in and around the main home and guest house.

2) Maintain pasture fencing.

3) General clean up and maintenance of the barn.

The owners intend to operate an Airbnb of the guest home located on the property.  Duties would be as follows:

1) Clean interior of 600 sq. ft.  1 bed, 1 bath guest home after each use.

2) Restock kitchen and bath after each use.

2) Change bedding, bath towels, etc.

3) Heat in winter, cool in summer prior to guest arrival.

Compensation for services is negotiable.
