Seeking manager couple
Previous Mobile Home Park management experience is a plus, But not required
Qualifications:
-Good communication skills
-Ability to positively interact with the general public and tenants
-Strong oranizational skills
-Detail oriented
-Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
-Effectively qualifying prospective residents and verifying applications
-Collect & record all rent payments
-Complete all related paperwork
-Promote positive relations with prospects and residents
-Resonding to tenants concerns
-Enforcing community rules
-Handling all park maintenance, landscaping, mowing, swimming pool maintenance
-Opening and closing the clubhouse during set hours
Requirements:
-Must be 55+
-Must reside within the cmmunity-manager's living quarters provided, and is included in compensation
-Strong sales skills and some property management experience (preferred)
-Good computer knowledge
-Must have a valid driver license
-Must pass background check
