55+ MOBILE HOME PARK ASSISTANT MANAGER (Couple) - Chandler, AZ

We have exceptional opportunities for outstanding leaders! We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Mobile Home Community Assistant Manager (or couple) for a 55+ MHP in CHANDLER, AZ.

This motivated person will be responsible for Maintenance & Landscaping at the property and will assist the Property Managers with other duties as needed and fill in for the Property Managers when they are on vacation. This position also provides a wonderful new home to live in.

REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must live on-site. Handyman skills REQ’D. This is a part time position. Housing & utilities are paid. Candidates must pass a background check but perfect credit is not required.
