24 + key Motel - Eloy AZ

We are looking for a couple to run a 24 key motel with more units being built in the future.  We are looking to lease the business out long term for you to be compensated the more rooms rented and with increasing the occupancy.  If you like flying or skydiving it is located right at the Eloy airport.  Accomadations are included.
