2 Person Team or Couple Needed in West New Mexico to Manage Mobile Home Community - Grants, NM

We are a Mobile Home Community in West New Mexico, looking for a couple or 2 person teaml to manage our property. Trust worthy, reliable and knows their way around a toolbox. What we value in the office/maintenance manager is:

- General knowledge of construction, plumbing & electrical

- Ability to operate a back hoe, construction tools, mowers, and lawn equipment

- Ability to oversee a maintenace team

- Experience with mobile home maintenance a plus

- Willing to learn new skills
