10 unit Rural Country Suites needs a Hardworking & Reliable Couple - Cumberland (Mountainside), MD

We are an upcoming rural suites community of 10 units located in Mountainside Maryland. We are looking for an onsite mature person or couple to manage and maintain the daily activities on site. It is such a slow paced and beautiful area that if you are looking for mountain views, beautiful scenery and the simple life, this is it! You will need the following skills:

1. Some make ready skills such as light plumbing, light electrical, painting, cleaning and lawn work.

2. You may show available units and submit submit the online applications so you must be people friendly. Although most of these task will be contactless now with more technology

3. Computer experience and some marketing skills needed.

You will need to pass a criminal background check. You will be living on the property so your character must reflect the professionalism and common courtesy of our business model.

You will have a reduced rent 3-4BR/1.5 BA house ($800)/mo but will receive a monthly stipend and commission for the renting units. The house is welcoming for a couple with children. The house has beautiful hardwood floors, eat in kitchen with some new energy efficient appliances. The property is located in the country and not in the city of Cumberland.
