We are looking for a couple that shares our philosophy to manage a restaurant in Marbella, Malaga, Spain.
We serve home made natural food, as organic as possible. Our slogan is "honest food" so your nr one skill must be to be honest. We don't look for people driven by money but by motivation and customer satisfaction. Our values: Km 0, slow food, grandma's kitchen. Simple food served with style in an outstanding venue.
The ambience is relax but with professional service, we have live music shows, we do weddings and other events, we love plants, animals and yoga so love for nature is a big plus. The restaurant is open 7 days a week from 12 to 12 from March till October. During Easter, June, July and August, is very busy.
At least 3-5 years proven experience in restaurant and / or as a manager within hospitality.
You have to be able to manage a multietnical team, have skills on customer service/staisfaction, organize bookings and events, knowledge about wine...
Languages: English and Spanish required, the more languages the better.
Compensation package : Six months contract. You will get a fix monthly salary plus a bonus at the end of the season based on profit and performance.
Food provided.
We can provide accomodation or assist in find it.
Marbella: is the hot spot in the Costa Del Sol, growing fast in the last years, the whole area receives milions of trourist from all over the world. The restaurant is an amazing venue located in the old town, a very authentic and traditional aerea, 5 minutes walking from the beach. The sun shines all year long, and the life here is nice and easy. No need for transport as everything is walking distance. Good atmosphere, gastronomy, history, folklore..
